Please note that this schedule might be slightly updated during the competition, so please consult it on a regular basis.

The schedule below is a general one.

Detailed schedules for each hotel will be displayed in the lobby of the hotels. 

The times indicated below are for the first departure and last arrival of the bus.

Pick-up order (from hotels to Bowling alley):

City Center Hotels: Best Western Bourse > Best Western Salvator (+10min) > Kyriad Lutterbach (+20min)

West Hotels: Lagrange > Squash 3000 (+10min) > Holiday Inn (+20min) 

All hotels: Best Western Bourse / Best Western Salvator (+10min) / Lagrange (+20min) / Squash 3000 (+30min) / Holiday Inn (+40min) / Kyriad Lutterbach (+50min)

The Gala Dinner will be held from 8pm at the “Salle des Coffres” of the Hotel du Parc : 17 avenue Auguste Wicky, 68100 Mulhouse.

 

Participants staying at the following hotels will not need transportation (5 to 10-minute walk) :

Best Western Bourse, Best Western Salvator, Ibis Styles Centre Gare, Residhotel.
