Entry fee
Entry fee for each member of an official delegation is 310 € per person.
This fee is applicable for all delegations, including athletes, coaches, managers, head of delegations and other officials connected to each team.

Guest fee
Fee for guests/supporters in excess of the official delegation is  140€.
This fee is for additional guests arriving with the teams and staying at the official hotel.
The fee includes airport transfers, shuttle service, bus transfer to and from the banquet as well as access to the banquet.

Extra fee
There will be a 70€ charge for other visitors and unregistered guests wanting access to the banquet.

Unofficial Practice
will be possible on Tuesday, 6th June, 14.00 – 20.00, and Wednesday, 7th June, 10.00 – 20.00 at a cost of 25€ per lane per hour – to be paid directly in the bowling center.
There will be no restriction for the reservation of the number of lanes.

Payment information
All fees (including hotel accommodation) must be fully paid at least a month before the event takes place.
After receipt of forms A to D, an invoice will be issued and sent to each participating federation.
The invoice will include bank information and state the total amount as well as the deadline for payment.

Cancellation policy
All hotel bookings can be modified/canceled without any fees until May 5th.
After this date, no reimbursement will be possible.
